Public Cultural Calendar
For £2000 your whole organisation will get to book any Cultural Calendar Club event from the lineup for 12 months. It’s not £2000 per event - it’s £2000 for the year!
NB This option is going to be available for a limited time only. See FAQs below for more on this.
Our Lineup is a rolling 12 month Calendar, so your 12 months begins the next full month from when you join (e.g. if you join July 15th 2025 you will be a member from August 2025 to June 2026).
Events will be hosted on Teams and they all take place live, between 12 - 1pm UK time.
All events are recorded and added to our Library, which your whole organisation has unlimited access to, as part of your membership.

Private Cultural Calendars
Private Cultural Calendar (Bronze) £5,500

Choose any 6 events from past or future Cultural Calendar Club events.
Hold these at any time throughout your 12 month membership period (we recommend 1 per month but the choice is yours).
You’ll need to MC the events yourselves with this package.
All event topics and speakers must be decided upon at the beginning of the 12 month period.
If you want to increase your number of events you can, each additional event from the list is chargeable at £1,500 per event.
No speaker briefings before events with this package.
No recording of events allowed with this package.
Private Cultural Calendar (Silver) £10,500

Choose any 12 events from past or future Cultural Calendar Club events.
Hold these any time throughout your 12 month membership period.
A Powered By Diversity MC for each event is included with this package - or you can MC the events yourselves.
All event topics and speakers must be decided upon and booked at the beginning of the 12 month period.
If you want to increase your number of events you can, each additional event from the list is chargeable at £1,500 per event.
No speaker briefings before events with this package.
No recording of events allowed with this package.
Private Cultural Calendar (Gold) £15,500

Choose any 12 events from past or future Cultural Calendar Club events.
Hold these any time throughout your 12 month membership period.
MC for each event included - or you can MC them yourselves if you prefer.
Event topics and speakers can be decided upon at any point during the 12 month period.
Each additional event from the list is chargeable at £1,500 per additional event.
Meet each speaker for a 45 minute briefing session prior to the event taking place.
No recording of events is allowed with this package.
Private Cultural Calendar (Platinum) £20,500

Choose any 15 events from past or future Cultural Calendar Club events to be held live and virtually.
OR
Choose any 9 events from past or future Cultural Calendar Club events to be held live and virtually.
And choose 3 live events to take place in person at the venue of your choice.
Hold these any time throughout your 12 month membership period.
MC for each event included or you can MC them yourselves if you prefer.
Event topics and speakers can be decided upon at any point during the 12 month period.
Each additional event from the list is chargeable at £1,500 per additional virtual event.
Meet each speaker for a 45 minute briefing session prior to the event taking place.
Recording of events is allowed with this package.
FAQs
Private Cultural Calendar FAQs

Your 12 month membership period starts from the date of invoice payment and continues for 12 calendar months from that date.

We like to hold a 'tech check' for every event, 15 minutes before the event begins to check sound. lighting and sharing of decks (all speakers except one to date have used decks to accompany their events). If the event is hosted on your platform, we will need you to set up this tech check, and provide an administrator to open the tech check and help work out any technical issues.

If hosting events on your own platform, a representative of the organisation will need to be present to complete the tech check 15 minutes before the event begins, administer the platform to enable guests to be admitted, admit guests, administer the chat and administer the platform generally (if any of the guests needs to be muted, removed for inappropriate behaviour or can't join for technical reasons etc).

If required, Powered By Diversity will provide an MC for each event, which is included in your package. The MC will welcome guests, monitor the chat, fill space with conversation when necessary, facilitate any Q&A, and close the session. MCs will not be able to perform any administrative duties if the event is not hosted on our platform.

Analysis/ reporting of attendance is only possible if it events are hosted on our platform.

Silver package: Recording is only allowed with Silver or Gold package, if it events are hosted on our platform.
For platinum package customers, we allow recording of events.

With Gold and Platinum event packages, event topics and speakers can be decided upon at any point during the 12 month period, we ask that there is a 1 month lead time between deciding on an event and the event taking place, this is predominantly to give you, the customer, enough time to promote the event for maximum engagement. We ask for 14 days notice for cancellation or changes to event times/ dates. Of course, we will be as flexible as possible within this, this is mostly to protect our speakers schedules.

Gold & Platinum packages allow customers to meet each speaker for a 45 minute briefing session prior to the event taking place. Additional time/ briefings/ editing of content will be charged at £100 per 30 minutes.

Platinum package allows customers to choose 3 live events to take place in person at the venue of your choice. Please note that travel expenses are charged in addition to this package, but we will advise which speakers are local and are likely to incur less expense.
