Every year on 3 December, the United Nations International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) takes place. Worldwide, 1 in 7 of us live with a disability. Of those, 80% are invisible. That adds up to over 1 billion people who are living with a hidden disability.
During this 1-hour session, you will find out more about the models of disability and the experience of people living with hidden disabilities. I will mix key information with my personal lived experience.
