Kanika Selvan’s session in on Race, leadership and code switching is set to be a humorous, reflective and engaging session to mark race equity week.
Using both personal stories and social media, kanika will be facilitating a session that invited those attending to ‘walk in the shoes’ of racialised colleagues and consider how they can find practical ways to not only drive inclusivity but celebrate the richness that racial diversity offers.
