Did you know that PCOS affects around 1 in 10 women and people that menstruate? How many could that potentially be impacting in your organisation? PCOS is often an invisible health condition, it can take many years to get an accurate diagnosis and it is a hugely undiagnosed condition with one study showing that up to 70% of those affected hadn't yet been diagnosed with PCOS.

PCOS has a number of symptoms that impact people physically, emotionally, and mentally. Do you know enough about it to be able to support your colleagues and team members who are living with PCOS or waiting for a diagnosis?

In this event we will cover:

  • What is PCOS and how is it diagnosed

  • The reason why PCOS often goes undiagnosed

  • 5 empowering strategies to manage PCOS naturally
