Living On The Borderline

Download poster

May is Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) Awareness Month. BPD is one of the most stigmatised mental health diagnoses. So, as a result, many people don't talk about it, despite the fact that around 1 in 100 of us live with it.

BPD, also called emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD) in the UK, is a mental health condition that impacts emotion regulation, sense of self, distress tolerance, and interpersonal relationships.

During this 1-hour session, you will find out more about BPD through myths vs. facts. I will mix key information with my own personal lived experience.

I’m looking forward to meeting you all!
