What is Cultural Calendar Club?
Managing your organisation’s cultural calendar can feel like a full time job and it can get pretty expensive.
We noticed that our Data Members were saving up budget in order to pick one or two events on the cultural calendar to mark with a talk or panel.
This didn’t feel very equitable to us - so we decided to make the cultural calendar accessible to every size of organisation - and every budget.
How does it work?
Members pay a small amount into the Cultural Calendar Club kitty (prices below), and in exchange they get a year of brilliant virtual talks and workshops delivered live!
Your membership covers the full 12 months of cultural awareness and celebration including Black History, Pride, Disability, International Women’d Day, Mental Health, Race Equity, Religion - and loads in between.

How much is it?

For £2000 your organisation gets 20 places at every event for 12 months. Not £2000 per event - £2000 for the year!
Many organisations like to start with 20 places and see what their uptake is like. If you’d like to talk about booking this option please get in touch.

For £4000 your organisation gets 50 places at every event for 12 months. That’s not £4000 per event - it’s £4000 for the whole year which is 20+ events!
If your event attendance at its lowest is generally around the 50 mark, start here and see what your attendance is like. If you’d like to chat about this option, please get in touch.

For £6000 your organisation gets 100 places at every event for 12 months. That’s not £6000 per event - it’s £6000 in exchange for attendance at every event the whole year!

For £8500 your organisation gets 200 places at every event for 12 months.
